If you want to change your physical structure, you must change your food intake and add a variety of exercises to your lifestyle. Comfort eating, among others, is one of the leading causes of physical ailment and various types of sicknesses. A healthy lifestyle will produce a healthy person in all areas of life. I’m not saying deprive yourself from those guilty pleasures, but I am saying to monitor your intake and regulate it will exercise. Thus producing a balanced productive life.
