Your better days are just ahead. Everything that you’ve experienced was only sent your way to equip and strengthen you with knowledge and wisdom.
Your body is a remarkable instrument and you must take care of it. Don’t allow stress to lead you on a eating plunge. Many times people turn to food when life’s problems become overwhelming. In the process, you’re doing more harm than good to your body. When you’re going through moments of indulgence, you may not realize it but others will notice your physical and emotional change. The truth of the matter is that it’s really not about the food, but how the food makes you feel. If so, then it is s psychological problem that needs to be addressed. This minor setback is not unfixable if you can recognize it. You have the ability within to overcome any obstacle. The question is, do you believe in yourself?
Don’t allow distractions to detour you from the goals you’ve set. Everybody doesn’t have your vision or can see into your spirit unless you give them access. Situations and/or people can easily shift your focus, if you allow them to.
To avoid being stagnated or stuck in a cycle, each day must be a step toward your goal. It doesn’t matter if your goal is as simple as to lose weight, the question is, what have you done today to assure your obtainable goal? Instead of pointing fingers, we must be active. You don’t want to be that individual twenty years from now wishing they could go back and change the past. Or someone suffering from cardiac failure or some type of illnesses attributed to poor eating habits.
The point is that you can change your status now. The seed of change begin with a thought, but your actions must follow those particular thoughts.

Sometimes we allow of mind to create distress among our senses when we become stagnated in progress. Some people watch the status of others and attempt to mimic their actions and efforts in hope to obtain the same level of achievement. Sorry, it doesn’t work like that. In the process, your emotions activate in a down spiral when your results aren’t favorable. When the flood gates of emotions pour out, an individual attempts to use prayer as a crutch but yet the essence of their prayer is in the wrong spirit. Which is a result of uncontrolled emotions. Everyone has their own gifts and path to walk. As we sojourn through life, our focus must be toward our own individual purpose. It’s not enough to have faith. You must have works to back up your faith and then you’ll have results.
Everyone has a measure of creativity wrapped into their soul. The more you explore your gifts and talents, you discover where your creativity flourishes.
