Day Fifteen: Run the Race: 50 Days of Inspiration www.tk-ware.com
If we were at a staged event and the announcer passed the microphone around, I’m sure everyone could name at least one thing that concerns them. At times we wrestle with thoughts and hope to mentally come up with a solution. Oftentimes, this internal procedure will cause us to become emotionally drained or fatigued. I have dealt with the mindset in former posts because the mind is the central point of reasoning. Even if you feel overburdened with problems, there is always a brighter day ahead. In spite of the gloom of disparity that haunts with illusions, tomorrow holds a brighter day that is filled with new grace and mercies. Don’t allow situations to beat upon your mind. We must leave yesterday problems in yesterday, even if the residue of sorrow returns. When we change our perception on things that concern us, everything works out for our good. Once you change your mindset, the body will follow.
“The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts: therefore, guard accordingly, and take care that you entertain no notions unsuitable to virtue and reasonable nature.” Marcus Aurelius
