#RuntheRace:50 Days of Inspiration
🔱Forget about yesterday and the problems that may have erupted. 🌞Today is a new day. Many people often forget to leave the past in the past. They oftentimes bring yesterday into today, and in the process, they destroy the beauty of today. The body responds to thoughts and is channeled through your emotions.
🔱Focus on today, and desire it’s opportunities as a newborn baby seeking the sustenance of milk. Like the baby, today’s opportunities will become nourishment for your body, soul, and spirit. We can’t go back into yesterday and rearrange certain events to produce a better today. The same can be said for our past experiences. We must learn from and through them as we live in the newness of today. Always think positive thoughts and remember this is a new day.
Psalm 118: 2 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.”~ Maya Angelou
“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan Press On! has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”~ Calvin Coolidge
“If your determination is fixed, I do not counsel you to despair. Few things are impossible to diligence and skill. Great works are performed not by strength, but perseverance.”~ Samuel Johnson
