How do you see it?

We have all heard the phrase “Is the glass half empty or half full.”

The answer to the question depends on your perception. Our perception has a lot to do with our response to situations that cross our path. Regardless to whatever comes our way, the answer to the problem lies in our perception. The key to gaining control is to change our thought process and allow our faith to rise to the surface. Everything we face in life can be resolved by this method. We can either accept the situation as mediocre or overwhelming. The choice is up to you.

A Moment of Transformation

Clock. eight o'clock

As we dive into the weekend, for some this is a moment of relaxation, a time for you to rest and rejuvenate, due to the stress or pressure from a tiresome work week. The weekend for others may be a moment when they can focus their inner ambitions or plans toward a particular goal. We all have wants, desires, an assortment of hopes, dreams, etc.

To be honest, there is a mixed percentage of individuals who have obtained everything they crave. Statistics dictate that not many of us actually reach that pentacle of pleasure we once dreamed as a little child. The only things that are not within our possession is the heavens above. It something enters our mind, then its within the realm of possibilities. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that if you wished, craved, or imagined that a trillion dollars would be deposited into your bank account, that surely it will come to pass; sorry it doesn’t work like that. However, I am saying that through hard work, dedication, perseverance, determination, commitment, and sacrifice will render you a level of achievement.

They say practice makes perfect, I would like to interject that commitment produces substance. I’ve seen a share of accomplishments throughout my livelihood that I wouldn’t have dreamed of fulfilling. I could list several things that I have accomplished throughout my years, but that is not profitable or purposeful, moreover, I agree with the above statement, ‘However, I am saying that through hard work, dedication, perseverance, determination, commitment, and sacrifice will render you a level of achievement.’

Let it go & grow

When you harbor thoughts from the past it slows you spiritual growth. If those feeling remain, they will become a seed of bitterness. Within time your seed will grow and the vines will entangle you within it’s bitterness. Don’t carry thoughts from last week into this week. Move on from it. You are creating the perfect setting for feelings that associate themselves with bitterness. And in the process, you’ll give off an aroma of unpleasantness.

Give it time

A seed planted in soil has to be watered. Once you believe in yourself, the seed is planted. The next thing to do is water your seed and wait until it grows. We must do those things that our seed clings to in order to grow.

Ex. If I’m believing to own and start a business, and have not obtained the necessary things to make this belief manifest, then eventually my seed will die.
Or if I’m trying to produce a musical cd and have not wrote a single song, then that seed will die as well.

The moral is faith without works is dead. Whatever you are believing for has to match or come up to your faith-by your works…..or the things you do.

Once it’s planted, water your seed and have patience.

Don’t let go

Success defined is the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors; the accomplishment of one’s goals.

Believe in yourself and launch out in hope. Grasp it and never let go until your dream manifest.
