She too enters a moment of disbelief when her life is threatened, and yet continues to echo sounds of faith for the others. As the evil in darkness watch and plots from a distance. With time running down they find themselves entering the valley of decision and a choice must be made…..which will determine their fate…..as the evil in the darkness steady approaches.
Their only escape is through divine intervention……and angelic protection

PROLOGUE

As the church revival concluded its service, everyone walked to their vehicles, their hearts was filled with joy and comfort. Charlotte waited until everyone buckled up before she turned the ignition and slowly drove off. She noticed a store up ahead and stopped to see if anyone wanted anything. As they pulled up to the store Derrick quickly said

“Does anyone want anything from the store?”

“I’m buying.”  Said Derrick

They all looked at each other in a moment of shock. Erica said, “He must have got touched, as stingy as Derrick is.” As Derrick walked in the store, he asked the cashier for directions to the restroom.

“Around the corner, down the hall; it’s the last door on the right.”

While washing his hands, Derrick looked at his reflection in the mirror. Maybe there is something to this church thing after all. He smiled and turned off the water.

Charlotte and the girls sat in the car talking about how awesome the church service was and how they feel different. In the midst of the conversation, an uneasy feeling settled over Charlotte and she turned her head toward the store. When she opened the car door and exited slowly, Maran and Erica stopped talking and asked, “What’s wrong?” Charlotte began walking slowly toward the store.

Inside the store Derrick closed the bathroom door as JQ walked up to him and pulled a gun from his jacket. The gun already cocked and loaded with hollow points hovered an inch from Derrick’s face.

JQ gritted his teeth. “You’re not in church any more BOY!  Saliva pooled in the corner of his mouth. “And you thought church would save you from me. I told you this wasn’t over.”

“What do you want with me?” said Derrick.

“Nothing, our talk is over, I told you next time my gun will play.” said JQ.

With a heavy expression on his face, Derrick simply closed his eyes, thinking his life was about to end.

Once he closed his eyes, JQ started laughing.

“No more church for you boy!”  As JQ fired his gun, Charlotte entered the store screaming Jesus!

Poet Talk Preview “Rejoice… I say Rejoice”

O’ Children of Zion rejoice forever more for He has risen.

The grave couldn’t keep Him within its door of death.

He endured it all as the will of GOD became his Shepherd.

As a lamb He followed humbly,

Despised, rejected, spat on, grief-stricken,

As the Glory of Heaven watched; waiting for his command to come

With flaming swords and vengeful eyes the entire host, as an army was ready to attack.

They stood piercing the earth’s atmosphere with a vision of wrath.

We shall repeat as Sodom and Gomorrah one said…

The Seraphim took flight as lightning along with the host of heaven

Suddenly a force held them back. Greater than anything in existence

It was love…the love of Jesus kept them back.

As the heart of Jesus cried out…

They stood there and wondered what is it about Man that the master would endure such hardship?

LORD…. just say the word and we will destroy them all.

Suddenly they heard him say forgive them for they know not what they doeth.

The host of heaven dropped their swords, as their eyes of flame settled down.

Jesus then cried out

Eli Eli lama Sabachthani

~Moments later~

He entered the tunnel of death as a sealed door locked him in.

The earth cried and quaked as the temple’s veil was ripped in twain.

The Host of Heaven ignited their swords of flame, armed with the cloak of vengeance and wrath

As they were about to descend into the earth’s atmosphere,

They were held back again by this powerful force

~LOVE~

Moments later they heard a powerful echo proclaim

It is FINISHED!

Suddenly there was an explosion as the sealed door of death was shattered in pieces.

Out stood a MAN with a Glory greater than the sun,

As He stood the LION roared

All of creation became subject

As the Host of Heaven bowed and cried,

HOLY, HOLY, HOLY

THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY

For the LION of the Tribe of Judah hath prevailed.

Taking the sting from death, ripping the keys from the grave and hell

As the bridge to GOD was mended,

That was once destroyed by sin.

Now through JESUS and by his death and resurrection,

We can now enter in…

Rejoice I say for our King lives

The Trial

Romans 5:19

For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous

The courtroom was set. In comes the bailiff and stands toward the courtroom. “All rise!, as The ALMIGHTY, EVERLASTING, OMNISCIENT, OMNIPOTENT, CREATOR, ELOHIM, ETERNAL, EL ELYON, EL SHADDAI, MASTER, RULER, JEHOVAH, JUDGE ENTERS.” The courtroom is silent. You could hear cotton drop on carpet. He enters and says, “YOU MAY SIT.”  The jury stands up and says “Your Honor, we of the jury find the defendant guilty of breaking all your commandments, rebellion, backbiting, stealing, lying, cheating, slandering, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and SIN!”  The defendant whispered to his lawyer

“Man I didn’t know I did all of that…I murdered somebody? Did they say revellings, variance, emulations, sedition, and heresies? I don’t even know what those words mean.”

The Glory to be revealed

As we gather for the season of expectancy, we enter with the spirit of humility and thankfulness. Seeking and remembering the days of old and the purpose for which we have been called into this glorious hope. As the love of  many wax cold parenthetically as a great falling away strikes the heart of mankind. Many believe in GOD but only a few seek to live a life that is pleasing to him. We must move beyond belief and act on what we believe…. (James 2:19)Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

The days are yet approaching…..the stages are being set as armies are formed….. Many parade in lasciviousness…unaware that the King of kings is yet approaching…closer and closer. The door yet remains open but as time fades…it slowly begins to close. Come while time yet remains as the Earth and  creation enter preparation for the ages. Blessings are issued to the household of faith…come…come…while ye may… As we enter the moment of jubilee the forces are begin formed…good vs evil. Soldiers are selected and adorned with their uniform. (Ephesians 6:10-18)

¹⁰ Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.¹¹ Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

¹³ Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

¹⁴ Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;¹⁵ And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

¹⁶ Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.¹⁷ And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

¹⁸ Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints

 

Time is upon us as we enter…awaiting…a manifestation, for the Glory that shall be revealed. The faithful are kept as the world shifts on its axis…..As we enter a realm of euphoria and receive blessing without asking. What a mighty GOD we serve…one who is worthy of all the praise. It behooves us to live circumspect as we declare his holy name.

(Proverb 2:8) He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

The Path of Witness

As we seek to be productive citizens in the kingdom of God, our life must exemplify a certain virtue. Often times we have to remember our agenda and mandate as a citizen. We are commissioned to witness unto the world. Witnessing is not only a verbal forecast of faith expressed between individuals. Moreover, witnessing is a lifestyle that reflects faith. We must….(Matthew 5:16) Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Our conversation/lifestyle has to echo “I am a witness for the LORD.”

As we walk in the darkness of this world, others will see the light that radiates from our earthly vessel….(John 1:4)In him was life; and the life was the light of me.   We  must live in the very faith we believe and our lifestyle and conversation will draw others…..as they enter into the door and believe…..

(John 10:9)I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture
