The Pastor’s Daughter Review
Amazon Review October 24, 2016
Was this a novel or biography? The events that took place in this story happen so often in church that it is sad. As Ebony Rose told her story I wanted to feel sympathy for her, but I will admit most of the time I was angry with her. And then she would say some of the most profound things through her personal confessions that let you know none of us are exempt from falling prey to sin. Through those confessions I got to see a broken person who was in need of the love of our sweet Savior. They way Ebony opened up her heart to let people who are involved in sin know that they need to flee from it, was beautiful. She didn’t hold back or try to sugarcoat her experience. What she went through millions of people are going through now and Ebony let’s them know they are not alone and that they must repent and surrender to God to be made whole. The Pastor’s Daughter lets you know you can’t be holy if you are not whole.

POWERFUL WRITING!
This story was absolutely amazing. The writing of Ware was intense and thought-provoking. A Christian mystery that sends the story over the edge. A pastor, who has a strong belief in God, is arrested for murder. The idea that he may be guilty or innocent creeps up in different areas of the story. Would a pastor commit murder? So many questions that lend to the journey of finding the truth. This book is clean, mysterious and full of action. It will keep you on the edge of your seat and it proves that good stories come from great minds, as Ware has certainly proven with all of his work.

The heart behind the wall

Day Thirty Five
The ❤️ behind the wall

Life has a way of throwing you in unexpected experiences. Sometimes the intensity of the situation can cause your mind to detour away from sound wisdom and biblical understanding. During those moments, you seek for that which is earthy and hide up under the umbrella of bitterness, in hope to shelter your feelings from the rain of truth. When emotions run rapid, marriages ends in divorce, abortions occur, jobs are lost, and relationships are destroyed. In some cases, physical and verbal abuse transpires. You never know what a person is recovering from, so be careful how you handle them. They may have just removed the wall in front of their heart. You wouldn’t want to be the vessel which made them run back behind their wall in defense. Uncontrolled emotions can cause more damage than a violent storm. When a storm passes, in time it’s no longer remembered. But words are eternal because they are spirit.

“I have a dream…”

Those words were said by Dr. Martin Luther King several years ago. The impact of those words can still be felt today. Instead of destroying one another with words, build up and speak positive declarations. Once it’s spoken, you shall eat the fruit thereof.
